The building is organized on a single level around a system of courtyards that structures the layout and guarantees the entry of natural light into every space. The main entrance is resolved through a higher and more representative volume, featuring a translucent enclosure that acts as a light filter and transitional threshold.
Circulation routes articulate the project from this access point, clearly distributing the different wings of the building in constant relation to the courtyards. Movement always occurs in visual contact with the exterior, facilitating orientation and generating intermediate spaces for pause and interaction.
The construction is based on a modular system that optimizes the execution process. The façades combine opaque surfaces with vertical openings protected by solar-control elements, providing rhythm, energy efficiency, and a recognizable visual identity.
The relationship with the surrounding context is established through courtyards and landscaped areas that extend the use of the building outdoors. The ensemble, horizontal in scale and permeable in character, integrates naturally into its environment, incorporating the landscape as an active part of the architecture.
