The functional layout of the building is established by grouping packages that allow privatizing the different uses of a health center. These groupings are flanked by green patios that establish a harmonious sequence inside the center. The circulations are arranged in a spine. The result is an orderly and modular building with simple possibilities for expansion. The location, near the river and the sea, influences the project. Thus, the proposal is born from the search for references to these two natural elements, constantly recalling its unique location. In this way, the perimeter enclosure of the shearwater and the openings made in the building’s facades are generated from undulating shapes with aquatic reminiscences.
