FERRER ARQUITECTOS has won the project for the new PITA-TECNOVA building, which will have approximately 20,000 m2 and will be built in the Almería Science and Technology Park. The building is an example of sustainable architecture, having obtained energy rating A and being in the process of obtaining the American LEED Certificate.
PITA Building Project
FERRER ARQUITECTOS wins the competition for the rehabilitation of the Mineral Loading Dock. The project establishes a series of routes that allow visitors to explore the entire Loading Dock, both outside and inside. The planned intervention in the project is carried out with the utmost respect for what exists, without distorting its powerful and characteristic current image.

Mediterranean North Health Center Project
Manuel Chaves (President of the Regional Government of Andalusia) and Teófila Martínez (Mayor of Cádiz) inaugurated the RTVA Center in Cádiz. This is the third building of similar characteristics, along with RTVA Almería and RTVA Granada, that FERRER ARQUITECTOS has developed in recent years.
