Administrative Building on “La Rambla”. Almeria. 2008. 

The building is seated on a basement, allowing a zone densely wooded like oasis. Once you access the basement, either by ramp or stairway, we find a square that forms a large forum on the ground floor, which establishes a great relationship of permeability, visual and spatial communication. It is intended that this space has areas of stay, surrounded by native vegetation to encourage recreation. The configuration of the uses is structured in an L that looks at the heart of the project, a big quasi-cubic courtyard that acts as a lantern and lobby, which can be used for different activities.
