The building consists of a ground floor and first floor, with a basement for parking and storage. The rooftop is accessible only for maintenance. The center is structured around a sequence of light courtyards that allow for ventilation and lighting of the different rooms. It has a contemporary exterior appearance, based on a perforated ceramic prism that sits and rests on a volume finished with prefabricated concrete panels. The ground floor contains the entrance and reception, accompanied by the administration area, adult clinic, minor surgery, pediatric clinic, and support services. The first floor houses health education, staff area, and support services.
