The health centre is conceived as a composition of white prismatic volumes, clearly set within their surroundings, conveying a sober and recognisable institutional image. A continuous envelope organises the building and establishes a balance between public presence and a user-friendly scale.
Access is resolved through a hierarchy of routes that intuitively guide users, separating flows and preventing interference between different uses. Inside, the layout is based on linear circulation paths and associated waiting areas, ensuring functional clarity and easy orientation.
Natural light is introduced through rhythmic openings and strategically placed courtyards, providing uniform illumination and environmental comfort in consulting rooms and common areas. These elements enhance spatial quality and contribute to the building’s natural ventilation.
From a construction standpoint, the project is executed using massive systems with high thermal inertia and a continuous envelope that reinforces its unified character. The flat roof integrates building services without altering the overall perception of the building.
Overall, the project integrates lighting, circulation, construction and context into an efficient solution, where spatial clarity and environmental quality optimise the building’s performance and the user experience.
