The proposal establishes a concise dialogue with the environment in which it is implemented, especially with the Church of Carmen. The building consists of a base with an almost cubic box that rests directly on this base. The base assumes the condition of an urban catalyst, adapting to the scales that exist in the place, so that, to the south, it presents itself on a single level seeking the domestic scale and to the north, on two floors with a large lintel that frames the access and a great transparency in continuous dialogue with the Parish of Carmen. From the park, the building appears as a singular element in dialogue with the building that appears behind it, thus seeking the necessary integration in the place.
