Our proposal for the loading dock establishes a series of routes both inside the building and on the upper part occupied by the tracks, creating loop circulations, so that it functions as a true promenade-viewpoint towards the city and our bay. To provoke and activate the circulations, at the end of the loading dock there is a café-restaurant with splendid sea views. Additionally, the routes incorporate spaces for temporary exhibitions. It is therefore, a project that deeply respects the existing building, equipping it with the minimal necessary elements that turn it into a meeting and relationship place for citizens, without distorting its current image.
