The project consists of 14 duplex houses, three commercial spaces, and a garage, situated on a 3,000 m2 plot, giving rise to spacious common areas that include a pool and children’s games. The orientation of the plot in relation to the coastline complicates the visual relationship of the houses with the sea. The stepped layout resolves this issue while animating the whole and creating interesting transitional spaces between the houses. Each house is structured relying on strong walls that penetrate the rooms, marking the sequence and contrasting their stone finish with the uniform white.
