1st Prize in Contest. Selected for the García Paredes award.
The objective was to propose a building that looked at the city and was as respectful as possible with the environment. The building breaks, establishing a dialogue with the natural profile of the terrain, which contrasts with the strict geometry of its interior where all the facilities are organized around a central courtyard. The diffuse light that falls through the courtyard’s roof through a light screen floods and qualifies the lobby space. The reflected light entering through the large eye looking at the city is perceived almost from the entrance, creating a calling effect that invites exploration.
