Project and Construction Management of PITA Building (Almería) 2009

It is configured from a band scheme that generates an orderly and functional project allowing clear access, high versatility, and multipurpose spaces.

There is a main communication band that represents the backbone of the proposal formalized as a glazed space with ascending vegetation and displaced courtyards that create interesting sequences for the visitor/user. This linear distributor rises above the roof, appearing as a lantern that acts as a lure from the outside. From the inside, we seek views emphasized with pieces that cross the building transversely. Each floor has a meeting room that overlooks the landscape, seeking views of the bay and Cabo de Gata.

The building exceeds minimum environmental standards and has been designed to obtain energy rating A, as well as the American Leed and the European Greenbuilding certificates.
