The imaginary axis that connects the port and Alcazaba, enables us to create an urban fabric that includes the circle as a significant element. Circles and straight lines come together in harmony, creating a wide range of attractive spaces and passageways that extend throughout the entire area of activity to later arrive at the borders of the constructed city.

Two rings for pedestrian use make up the main thoroughfares and organise the different spaces.

The proposed building scarcely has a presence, which is watered-down by the geometry of the structure. The horizontal prevails over the vertical in an attempt to provide a certain human scale to the whole design.
