We rely on the powerful reference to a zip as sewing element of the urban fissure.The zipper gives meaning to each of the project decisions. The teeth give rhythm to the pavement, alter green areas and spaces with urban furniture and lead us at the intersections of road to the ludic interior areas. These geometries contrast with the soft curves of the lung of the performance. In this way, while the sinuous playful and cultural curves invite us to remain in a timeless way, the strong geometries generated by our zipper establish dynamic paths of passage. The maintenance and energy saving are encouraged with abundant shade areas and different strategies that minimize the consumption of water or electricity through the collection and storage of rainwater and the capture of solar and wind energy.
