GUDP of Velefique

The General Urban Development Plan of Velefique is adapted to the needs of the municipality based on the following specific criteria and objectives: establish the lines of urban growth of Velefique by means of a proposal of growth in direction West; rehabilitation of buildings of historical and cultural interest, as well as establishing an initial cataloging of those elements and buildings of historical and cultural importance; improvements in the accessibility both round and pedestrian of the urban helmet, in accordance with the current regulations; establish an area of protection on both sides of the Rambla by creating a wide green longitudinal belt as it passes through the municipality to protect the landscape of orchards and the surroundings of neighboring buildings.
