GUDP of Padules

The General Urban Development Plan of Padules pursues the following specific rules and objectives: propose the urban growth of Padules in a northerly direction, homogenizing the urban plot until reaching the ravine; establish an area of protection to the west of the urban fabric, creating a general system of free spaces that protects the rural landscape of the urban nucleus and endow the people with the necessary free spaces. Accompany this general system of a band of building land that unifies the buildings already built of the place; creation of an area of equipment in the south of the town, attached to the current lookout under construction; consolidation of interstitial voids in the current delimitation of urban land of the municipality; preserve the rural aspect of the town, enhancing the maintenance of the architectural typology native to the area; creation of an equipment area that relates the current pool and paddle court; proposal of land developable with characteristic industrial use, to the West next to the municipal limit of Almócita.
