The General Urban Development Plan of Felix, will be adapted to the needs of the municipality, based on rules and objectives such as the integration of new urban development with the already consolidated city, avoiding its unnecessary dispersion and improving and complementing its structural management, ensuring correspondence and proportionality between profitable uses, The envisaged provisions and public services, improving the current proportions among them. Another objective of the plan is the protection and improvement of the historic center, as well as its proper insertion in the urban structure of the municipality.
