We propose to build a building from the public space. Public space should be the important thing in this action. Let’s make a public space that provokes reflection and allows thinking. No, to public space that only respond to visual complacency. Architecture appears as pure elements. They are mineralized trees that will house the proposed uses. The uses will be accommodated to the elements built with no more secrets than the ability to configure suggestive and emotional spaces, from their relationship with public space and without losing sight of the inevitable connections and references to the magnificent baroque facade. The trunks of the trees form the vertical nuclei of communications. Between the “trees”, the light is filtered creating a set of reflections that qualifies and dynamizes the space.
