Project of 56 houses in Cerro Muriano (Córdoba) 2008

The resulting proposal is a succession of houses embedded between large walls as frames that adapt to the topography and serve to modulate all the project. It is decided to create a division of the plots, so that all the houses have their access from the secondary circulation ways, thus adopting a North South orientation. The need for external spaces that at certain moments can be annexed to the interior of the houses is also valued, generating a large space through which the living room and the backyard are connected through a window with sliding leaves that are collected behind the stairs. The big side walls provide privacy to the rear spaces of the houses, preventing cross-views between them.
