1st Prize in Contest.
The imaginary axis that connects port and Alcazaba allows us to generate an urban layout that incorporates the circle as a significant element. Circle and straight line coexist in harmony, generating a wide range of suggestive spaces and routes that extend throughout the area of action to eventually reach the limits of the built city.
Two pedestrian use crowns establish the main circulations and organize the different spaces.
The proposed building barely has a presence, eventually blending into the geometry of the layout. The horizontal prevails over the vertical in an attempt to give a certain human scale to the entire intervention.
