It is configured from a band scheme that generates an ordered and functional project allowing clear access, high versatility, and multipurpose spaces.
There is a main communication band that represents the backbone of the proposal formalized as a glazed space with ascending vegetation and displaced courtyards that create interesting sequences for the visitor/user. This linear distributor rises above the roof, appearing as a lantern that acts as an attraction from the exterior.
From the interior, we seek emphasized views with pieces that cross the building transversely. Each floor features a meeting room that looks out over the landscape seeking views of the bay and Cabo de Gata.
