A domestic structure was sought capable of accommodating various uses and high flexibility. To this end, a self-supporting concrete fold was arranged, a self-sufficient and unitary element capable of characterizing the proposal and providing it with a solid infrastructure upon which to design all the spaces and uses required by the client. The base on which it emerges has strips that transform into versatile places to inhabit, such as a pool, children’s play yards, garden strip, and vehicle entrance for a garage. The interior of the house enjoys a series of visually connected rooms through a double-height space where a light staircase is located as a piece of furniture.
