The proposed intervention includes the construction of a new building and the refurbishment of the existing office spaces. Approximately half of the works involve renovation, while the other half correspond to new construction.
The refurbishment works cover the two existing office floors (ground floor and first floor), located along the southeast façade of the site. The intervention consists of a series of targeted modifications aimed at redistributing the spaces and improving and optimising their functionality, without increasing the built area compared to the current layout.
The new-build component consists of a rectangular building positioned parallel to the Lorca–Pulpí railway line, projecting over the company’s existing buildings and facilities.
The administrative programme includes open-plan office areas, private offices, meeting rooms, presentation rooms, a show-cooking space, storage areas, archives, cleaning rooms and restrooms. Uses, floor areas, furniture layout and elevation levels are detailed in the graphic documentation.
