The premises are located in the central area of the building’s ground floor, positioned between two courtyards and adjacent to the main circulation spine of the complex.
In its layout, the premises adjoin the laboratory on the eastern side and the assembly hall–auditorium on the western side, with access to the main circulation spine to the north and an opening to the south onto the porch area, where the terrace is located. Access to the premises is provided via the building’s main circulation spine, with an additional direct entrance from the exterior through the terrace area.
The layout is primarily composed of a large dining area located adjacent to the buffet zone and the cafeteria counter. Within the dining area, two spaces are defined by a partition screen and designated as a VIP dining room and a VIP lounge. Both areas are separated from each other by a movable partition, allowing them to be opened up and combined into a single larger space when required.
