The PITA and TECNOVA Buildings have been awarded the Macael Prize 2014. Both buildings, whose Project and Construction Management were carried out by FERRER ARQUITECTOS, incorporate a large double facade of white Macael marble slats, unusual until that moment.
This morning, the first stone was laid for the El Toyo Public Golf School, the third building of its kind in Andalusia. The school’s objective is to bring golf closer to society and become a breeding ground for players for the province’s golf courses, including Alborán Golf, just a few meters from the school. The construction will be carried out by the Ferrovial group, and Ferrer Arquitectos will be in charge of the Project Management.
Ferrer Arquitectos has been awarded the contract for drafting the Almería City Council’s Housing and Land Plan. Their experience in housing projects, drafting General Urban Development Plans (PGOU), and planning related to housing construction in general has enabled Ferrer Arquitectos to create a reliable, solid, and credible proposal that led to the award of the contract. One of the objectives of Almería’s Housing and Land Plan is to become an effective tool for promoting housing construction in the city of Almería.
Ferrer Arquitectos is recognized as a Socially Responsible company by the Almería City Council for our participation in the Aire Program.
