AENOR has certified FERRER ARQUITECTOS’ Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS 18001, in its Madrid and Almería offices. This accredits the quality of all procedures followed by FERRER ARQUITECTOS in project design, construction management and urban planning. This new certification is in addition to the ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management obtained in 2007, which makes it the only architecture services studio in Andalusia and one of the few in Spain with these three AENOR certificates.
The new PITA building is featured in the “5 Días” newspaper as a benchmark for sustainable architecture.
