Ferrer Arquitectos has been awarded the contract for drafting the Almería City Council’s Housing and Land Plan. Their experience in housing projects, drafting General Urban Development Plans (PGOU), and planning related to housing construction in general has enabled Ferrer Arquitectos to create a reliable, solid, and credible proposal that led to the award of the contract. One of the objectives of Almería’s Housing and Land Plan is to become an effective tool for promoting housing construction in the city of Almería.
Ferrer Arquitectos is recognized as a Socially Responsible company by the Almería City Council for our participation in the Aire Program.
Ferrer Arquitectos named collaborating company for the Sustainable Construction Promotion Program, which enables us to manage everything related to these incentives.
