The functional diagram of the building is established by grouping packages that allow to privatize the different uses of a Health Center. These clusters are flanked by green courtyards that establish a harmonic sequence inside the Center. Circulations arise in thorns. The consequence is an orderly and modular building with simple expansion possibilities. The place, near to the river and the sea, conditions the project. Thus, the proposal born from the search for references to these two natural elements remembering at all times its unique location. In this way, the perimeter enclosure of the shear and the holes made in the façades of the building, are generated from undulating forms with aquatic reminiscences.
