Project of 48 houses and 18 locals in San José, Níjar (Almería) 2004

The apartments are accessed individually from a private porch. They consist of a living room, a kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor, and on the upper floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Between the two pillars built, have been projected two streets, one of pedestrian use for access to homes that open to the back, and another street access for the use of loading and unloading of premises. The premises will be left in the rough, to facilitate their sale independently.
