GUDP of Lubrín

The fundamental reason justifying the need and desirability of formulation for the General Urban Development Plan os Lubrín is the creation of an instrument of approach in accordance with the Urban Planning Law of Andalusia starting on this criteria and specific objetives: Decrease the dispersion of a structure of multinuclear settlements and desestructured; protect areas with landscape and environmental high values; define soils for new developments, without increasing urban sprawl and supporting the construction/real-estate sector, so that new facilities and public spaces can be obtained and the local economy to be stimulated.
