Ten million to make Las Almadrabillas a “top-notch” sports center. The works of this project, designed by the architect José Ángel Ferrer, are already underway and have an execution period of 18 months.

Elite complex for athletes of all levels. The machines have already arrived to rebuild the “Ismael Moratón” in La Almadrabillas, a project by FERRER ARQUITECTOS. It will reopen in a year and a half.
Opening of the “Los Almendros” Social Center
The “Los Almendros” Social Center was inaugurated on March 16th. A project by FERRER ARQUITECTOS that addresses the lack of facilities that the neighborhood has historically suffered. In this way, the 3,000 m² building will contribute to the regeneration of one of the most degraded areas of the city. The building is conceived as a public square protected by a large roof that gives unity to the whole complex. The open and cheerful character of the center favors interaction between users. The entire municipal corporation attended the event, with the Mayor at the head, a neighborhood representative, and a large audience. For our part, the FERRER ARQUITECTOS team that developed the project, led by José Ángel Ferrer, was present.
