On one hand, a main volume facing Avda. del Mar establishes the public image of the building: it is a &#8220;transparent&#8221; body that opens to the city and the citizen. On the other hand, a lower-height body facing Marqu\u00e9s de la Ensenada Street: it is an &#8220;opaque&#8221; body, which opens only occasionally to the outside and houses the parts with a higher degree of privacy within the building&#8217;s operation. At the junction of these two volumes, pedestrian access from the outside and the vertical communication core within are
