Mention in Contest.<\/p>\n

The project stems from two fundamental ideas: The outlook towards the surrounding territory as a consequence of the privileged location of the site and the adoption of an industrialized piece as the container element of the habitable space.<\/p>\n

The “prefabricated views” are oriented towards three main places: The urban core, the quarries, and the mountain, starting from a careful intervention on the site, carried out with utmost respect, incurring only the necessary ground movements to provide access to each of the inhabited boxes. The result is an articulated set of homes where architecture and nature coexist from a rational composition of pieces that adapt to the place.<\/p>\n

The adoption of this solution contributes to reinforcing the idea of the need for energy savings, both in the construction process and in the subsequent habitable phase.
