The layout responds to the parameters established by the SUS-MOT5 Partial Plan, resolving setbacks, separations, maximum fa\u00e7ade lengths, and the site\u2019s level differences, with an approximate 3.50-meter slope between the eastern and western edges.<\/p>\n
Two longer residential blocks are positioned to the north and south, each consisting of a ground floor plus four upper levels and two entrance cores. The third block, wedge-shaped and located toward the west, rises to a ground floor plus five levels, completing the relationship with the surrounding streets. This configuration frees a large central garden conceived as a shared space for gathering, recreation, and neighborhood interaction.<\/p>\n
The architecture is defined by compact volumes and sober fa\u00e7ades, organized through vertical openings and a clear contrast between the white upper surfaces and the grey base plinth. The separation between blocks promotes natural lighting within the dwellings and allows pedestrian circulation to unfold through landscaped areas, vegetated shade, and platforms adapted to the site\u2019s topography.<\/p>\n
