It was decided to create a division of the plots, so that all the houses have their access from secondary circulation routes, thus adopting a North-South orientation. The need for outdoor spaces that can at times be annexed to the interior of the houses is also valued, thereby creating a large space that connects the living room with the backyard through a sliding leaf window that retracts behind the stairs. The large side walls provide privacy to the rear spaces of the houses, preventing cross views between
