For this, the building comprising the Museum, Library, and Water Garden becomes a large constructed salt flat, a landscape-building that avoids stridency with the environment, highlighting such exceptional qualities of the area, as its privileged position facing the Bay of Almer\u00eda. The metaphor of the salt flat is adopted, where a sheet of water presides over the roof of the building buried in a slight topography like a desert dune.
