A project by FERRER ARQUITECTOS that addresses the lack of facilities that the neighborhood has historically suffered. In this way, the 3,000 m\u00b2 building will contribute to the regeneration of one of the most degraded areas of the city. The building is conceived as a public square protected by a large roof that gives unity to the whole complex. The open and cheerful character of the center favors interaction between users. The entire municipal corporation attended the event, with the Mayor at the head, a neighborhood representative, and a large audience.
