Lubrín General Urban Development Plan

The fundamental reason that justifies the need and convenience of formulating the General Urban Development Plan of Lubrín is the creation of a planning instrument in accordance with the Urban Planning Law of Andalusia, based on the following specific criteria and objectives: To reduce the dispersion of a multi-nuclear and unstructured settlement structure; to protect areas with high landscape and environmental values; to define land for new developments, without increasing the large urban sprawl and supporting the construction/real estate sector, so that new facilities and public spaces can be obtained, and the local economy can be boosted.
